Terms of service.
The plain-language terms of service for The Alpha Studio.
These terms apply to your use of thealphastudio.uk and to projects carried out by The Alpha Studio. Each project is also covered by its own written proposal, and if the two differ, the proposal applies.
Proposals and payment
Before work starts, we agree the scope, timeline and price in writing. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in the proposal.
Revisions
The number of review rounds is set in the proposal. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.
Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. We may keep and show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the rights to any text, images, data or other material you give us to use.
Confidentiality
We keep your materials and business information confidential and use them only for your project.
